• RULES OF USER CONDUCT

This site intends to make available information for use by both; job-seekers and potential employers. We are not responsible for the agreement or contract made between the job seeker and the potential employer at any point.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their profile login credentials safe and confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

As this portal does not intervene in the middle of jobseekers, freelancers, and employers and has nothing to do with any kind of payment or contracts between the two parties, we urge both the freelancer/jobseeker as well as an employer to create their own personal contract before taking up any kind of job or service. In this contract, you can include details such as Scope of work, Timelines, Compensation, Termination clauses, Advance Charges, mode of payment, and more.

At the time of registration, we conduct basic background checks only. Therefore, research on the profiles of both job-seekers and potential employers will be the sole responsibility of the users of the site/app. Users are advised to conduct their own background checks of the profiles found on this website/application.

By using this Site/App You acknowledge and agree that:

 – Your use of this Site, including any content you submit, will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

You will not use this Site in a manner that:

 – Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;

 – Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;

 – Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;

 – Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses, Cryptocurrency Miners or other code, files or programs designed to, or capable of, using many resources, disrupting, damaging, or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware.

You will not:

– provide fake identity details of yourself/ company or create misleading/fake accounts.

At any point, if we come across profiles that are fake or suspicious, or appear to be fake, or are incomplete, or have bad ratings and negative feedback, we have all the right to ban your profile on our portal without making you aware of any prior notice/warning.
